Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the moment your purchase has been successful. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
As our products are digital products that cannot be returned, our refund policy only applies if you haven’t downloaded the font(s) after you have made the purchase. Downloading the digital files will void the request of a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number (sent to you via email after your purchase) and the email address you have used for your purchase.
Once your return request is received, we will analyse the eligibility of your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not accept exchanging purchases with another products.
As we only sell digital products, there is no shipping required for any order, therefore no shipping returns will apply.
